Global Digital Marketing Executive, Coty Walker takes the lead as new Vice President of Client Services and Operations.

October 24 2018, Calgary, Alberta: Rod Anderson, President, and CEO of Sandbox Brand Marketing announced today the appointment of Coty Walker as the Vice President of Client Services and Operations. Walker will take on the role effective immediately and will be tasked with leading the business in its day-to-day client service delivery and continual growth of its digital arm.

Coty Walker comes to Sandbox Brand Marketing with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in both brand development and digital marketing. Previously, she has held a range of digital leadership roles in Switzerland with big brands such as Nestle, The World Economic Forum, and Hewlett Packard. Now back in Calgary, Walker has taken her passion for digital marketing to lead the charge locally, taking on senior management roles which ultimately led to her position at Sandbox Brand Marketing as the Digital Director (over the last two and a half years) and now sees Walker taking on her ultimate role as Vice President of Client Services and Operations.

“Coty was hired at Sandbox to re-introduce digital strategy and activation and today Digital makes up one of the largest portions of Sandbox’s ongoing business and client relationships,” says Rod Anderson, President, and CEO of Sandbox Brand Marketing.

In her new role, Walker will continue to drive digital innovation throughout the business but will also add day-to-day client service leadership and business mentoring to her roles and responsibilities.

“I know Coty will be instrumental in continuing to deliver Sandbox’s business model of revealing true greatness and developing strategic initiatives that create real impact and ROI for clients across all industries,” said Anderson.

Walker’s appointment comes as Sandbox Brand Marketing sets their goals for 2030 with a key focus on impacting over one million people over the next 12 years. Walker’s proven track record of leading people, companies, and brands clearly sets-up Sandbox to effectively achieve this milestone whilst delivering brand and digital excellence to their clients across Canada.

As Coty Walker takes the helm, Rod Anderson President, and CEO will continue to focus on Sandbox’s business growth and development. Founding the business 17 years ago, Anderson has shown a strong dedication to the company’s cause of revealing client’s true greatness and will continue to do so.

Coty Walker brings with her a diverse academic background including a Master of Science in International Management from HEC Lausanne, and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in Marketing from the University of Calgary.
